A small footprint.

Paprika Pilates is a Mat Pilates practice run by Eszter Nagy, based in the Netherlands. Sessions are delivered online via Zoom or in person where available.

For any privacy question, write to [email protected]. Eszter reads every message herself and replies within two working days.

Traffic analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless, doesn’t track you across sites, and doesn’t collect personal data.

Booking with Calendly. If you accept cookies and book via the in-page Calendly widget, your booking details are processed by Calendly. Decline cookies and the booking opens in a new tab on calendly.com directly — same booking flow, no Calendly cookies on paprikapilates.com.

Chat with Paprika. Messages you send to the chat assistant are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a reply. The conversation lives in your browser session only and is not stored after you close the tab.

Cookie choice. Your accept/decline preference is saved in your browser’s localStorage under the key cookie-consent. Nothing leaves your device.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Two Cloudflare features run in the background:

Cloudflare Turnstile filters automated abuse on the chat widget. We run it in invisible mode, which means there is no challenge for you to solve — verification happens silently in the background. As a condition of using invisible mode, we reference Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum here: Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum, together with Cloudflare’s general privacy policy.

Cloudflare Workers AI hosts the language model that powers Paprika, the chat assistant. Your messages are sent to Cloudflare for inference and a reply is returned. We do not retain message content beyond your session.

What you give, and why. If you ask for the free Mat Pilates starter guide, you enter your email address and tick a consent box — unticked by default — to receive the guide and occasional Pilates emails from Eszter. That tick is the lawful basis for emailing you: your consent. We collect your email address and nothing else— no name, no other details.

Stored in a subscriber list. Your email address is added to Eszter’s subscriber list, which is held at Resend (in a Resend Audience). It is used only to send you the starter guide and the occasional Pilates or journal email, and it stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Eszter Nagy is the data controller.

Resend stores the list and delivers the email. We use Resend as our processor for both: it holds the subscriber list and carries each message on its way to your inbox. Resend does nothing else with your address.

Two ways to unsubscribe, anytime. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link— managed by Resend, it takes effect instantly with nothing else to do. You can also email [email protected] at any time to unsubscribe or withdraw your consent, and Eszter will remove you from the list. Every guide email carries that same one-line unsubscribe note.

If you’re in the EU, the GDPR gives you the right to ask what personal data we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. For most visitors that is simply the email address on Eszter’s subscriber list (plus any emails you’ve sent us) — you can remove yourself anytime with the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or email [email protected] with your request and Eszter will respond within 30 days.
